Determine if the product is returnable item(s), some products the manufacturers prefer to handle the return and repairs, check are website. Contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number  (RMA)#. All returns must be in new unopened re-sellable condtion with no missing parts. A 25% restocking fee will be incurred for item(s) returned opened, damaged or shows signs of wear. If the product(s) were damaged in shipping contact the shipper emmediately and report the damage to them. We will work on our end and get you a replacement item(s). Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Place product(s) in original packaging and shipping box with a copy of your invoice. Write your return authorization number on the outside of the box. No returns will be excepted with out a  (RMA)# number. No returns or exchanges will be made after 90 days.
