Yellow corn meal, common mostly in the United States, has the husk and germ of the maize kernel almost completely removed. The corn milling process is a dry grinding process where the germ and corn oil are removed. The product is then sifted into a granular or meal consistency. You'll find Honeyville's Yellow Cornmeal excellent for making cornbread and muffins. Honeyville's Yellow Corn Meal is an ideal product for your cooking needs.
Shelf-Life: Yellow Corn Meal will store for 10 to 15 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place). The 25 and 50 pound bags last 1 year in sealed packaging under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place).
Uses:  Cornmeal can be used in any recipe calling for cornmeal, including corn bread, muffins, crumb bread mix and more.
