    Shelf-Life: Stores for 3 to 5 years in a sealed #10 can (oxygen absorber included) under ideal storage conditions (cool, dry place). Once opened, it has an average shelf life of 6 to 12 months.
    Instructions: Add 1 part powdered cheese to 4 parts hot water and mix well. The texture and flavor can change with more or less water. Let the blended cheese sauce stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir and enjoy.
    Uses: Powdered Cheese Sauce can be used to make a yummy cheese sauce, or in combination with dips, Sauces, toppings and more.

    Ingredients: Whey, Corn and/or wheat starch-modified, cheddar and blue cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, annatto extract, cheese culture, enzymes), partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt, nonfat milk, natural and artificial flavors, lactic acid, disodium phosphate, msg, yellow 5, yellow 5 lake, yellow 6, Yellow 6 lake. Contains less than 2% silicon dioxide as an anti-caking agent and less than 2% disodium phosphate as a processing aid.
