Rest assured we take every step to keep your information safe. Survival Supplies Plus does not partcipate in any buying, sellig or trading of customers information and databases.  We understand that keeping our customers identity and information discrete and safe is a number one priority in the survival and prepping community. So in closing rest assured and shop with confidence.

Returns

   We want you to be 100 % satisfied with your purchase(s) from us, and we will make every effort we can in doing so. All returns must be within 30 days of your receipt of purchase. You must contact us to determine if the your product is a returnable item(s) as some products the manufacturers prefers to handle the returns and repairs. All customers must retain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).  To obtain a RMA# you must contact us to determine if item is returnable and why the product is being returned.  All returns must be in re-sellable condtion with no missing parts. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking / processing fee.  Most instances the fee is incurred when products are returned for the following but not limited to, Returned by customer order error, opened containers, etc...If return is necessary due to product(s) damaged in shipping please contact the shipper immediately and report the damage to them. If most instances if return is neccessary due to Supplier damage and or missing parts and or Seller error restocking may be waved. We will work on our end and get you a replacement item(s). Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. All returns must include copy of original invoice and order number and must contain RMA# and be returned to our returns department in original packaging and shipping box. No returns or exchanges will be made after 90 days. All sales are (as is) final with only manufacturer warranties implied. We reserve the right to not honor any return we feel is dishonest, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive. Please allow up to 10 days for package to be received and processed. When ordering be sure it is the right product(s),(color,size,style etc...) be sure to read the product(s) description to see if it is the correct product(s) you want. You may call us if you have any questions regarding an item(s).

Shipping

We ship to the lower 48 contiguous states. We base shipping costs on weight and distance. We make every effort  to ship out orders with-in 24-48 hours from when orders are placed. The above is subject to in stock items. Survial Supplies Plus has the right hold order until all prodcut are in stock to reduce shipping cost, however we will make our best efforts expedite all shipments.  Please allow up to 2-7 busines days before shipping takes place. All order(s) that may include food items may take an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery.  We ship using standard shipping rates. We ship using USPS, UPS, FEDEX, FEDEX GROUND, FEDEX HOME DELIVERY. If there is a delay in shipping we will always let you know. If a product(s) is on back order we will let you know when that item will be back in stock. Some product(s) can not be shipped air or next day due to the nature of the item(s) IE: fire starting material, waterproof matches, gels, etc... We ship all orders insured for your protection should they become lost or damaged during shipment. Fedex shipping insurance is based on the total dollar amount of the merchandise and is included as an additional cost.

THIS POLICY IS TO PROTECT THE CARD HOLDING CUSTOMER(S) SECURITY AND OUR SELFS FROM

ANY POTENTIAL FRAUD. A CUSTOMER(S) SECURITY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY!

 

Liability

SURVIVAL SUPPLIES PLUS, INC. and survivalsuppliesplus.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use materials on this site or the performance of the product(s), even if www.survivalsuppliesplus.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Warranties

SURVIVAL SUPPLIES PLUS, INC. and SurvivalSuppliesPlus.com sells only the highest levels of products from well known  manufactors and suppliers. Survial Supplies Plus, INC. and SurvivalSuppliesPlus.com does not sell any product(s) with an implied Warranty and shall shall not be liable for any Warranties on any item(s) purchased.  All Warrianties item must be processed through the manufactor(s), if a Warranty is valid and available. Survial Supplies Plus INC. and SurvivalSuppliesPlus.com have no control over the use of the products sold and does not assume any liablity for product performace. Under no circumstances shall Surival Supplies Plus, INC. and SurvivalSuppliesPlus.com be liable for any losse(s), and or damages sustanded as result or may arrise from the use, inproper use or manufactoring defect(s) of any product(s) purchased from Survival Supplies Plus INC. and SurvivalSupplies Plus.com.
