The easiest way to place an order by mail and by check,

 

1.Would be by placing a normal online order adding you're items to check-out and it will add and sub-total your order.

 

2.Next add any sales codes we might have on the our site and add Coupon code to order where it shows Coupon code or Membership ID.

 

3.Next and only if you live in NEW YORK you must add Sales Tax 8.62% to your order also. Just pick New York as your state at check-out and it will add it to your order.

 

4. Print out one of your order forms and copy your order to the form and mail with your check to the adddress on the form, and Thank you for your order.
